Lyn was born
and raised in the Atlanta, GA area, and is a University of Georgia graduate.
Her mom and siblings all still living in Georgia. She decided after
college to move to Colorado, working on a guest ranch as a horse wrangler, and
riding the mountain trails for years. She worked after that for the
Sheraton Hotel Corporation in Steamboat Springs for 6 years in Sales.
After marrying and having 2 children, the family moved to Nashville,
TN.

In
1997, she became a realtor with the equestrian based Grassland Real Estate
in Franklin, TN and specialized in selling horse farms across the state.

Her husband,
Bob, relocated for his job back to his hometown of Tampa, and Lyn
sold their horse farm and moved the horses to a new farm in Dade City in 2015.
In 2018 they bought a waterfront condo on Lido Key and fell in love with
the Sarasota area.

Their son Brett
lives in Lakeland with his wife and 2 boys. Daughter Jennifer lives in
Wesley Chapel, with her husband Logan who works in Corrections for Hillsborough
County.

She and Bob
spend weekends now on their boat, riding their Harleys on gorgeous Florida
backroads, and feeding a small herd of miniature horses and one donkey,
Daisy.
