Marvis was born in Trinida and raised on the
island of Puerto Rico always close to the sea, awakening to the sites of cruise
ships, fishing vessels, and to crystal-clear beaches, waves crashing onshore
and a brisk salty breeze out his bedroom window.

Marvis spent most of his childhood fishing and
surfing the Caribbean islands, but moved to Orlando, FL
shortly after graduating from Civil Engineering and Architectural Drafting.

He is married to Joanna and a proud father of 2
outstanding boys, Eli, and Ezekiel. They found themselves living in
Venice, FL and haven’t looked back. He instantly fell in love with
Venice, Fl and the whole of Southwest Florida and began investing in Real
Estate. Since then, Marvis has established a strong connection with investors
and developers and his involvement within the community and is proud to call
Venice, Fl his home.

As a real estate investor himself, his
extensive professional knowledge for real estate is apparent through his
excellent communication skills and warm and friendly approach about educating
and helping first home buyers and investors purchase and sell their properties
fast!

As a Realtor, Marvis is strong and strive to
demonstrate the highest level of integrity and commitment in listing high-end
properties and knows what it takes to make your property standout above the
multiples resulting in fast selling and fast buying transaction and ensure the
process is fun, educational, and stress-free.

In
his free time, Marvis is a charter captain, loves to play sports, travel the
world, and spend time with his family and friends.
