Patti was
born and raised in Toledo, Ohio and attended The University of Toledo. In 1983
she and her husband, Bart, moved their family to the east coast of Florida where
she began her real estate career. Patti soon learned that selling real estate
was more than a career, it was her passion. She won awards for her sales
production and was in the top 1% of Realtors nationwide while living in Broward
County.
After their
children left the nest, Patti and Bart moved to River Strand Golf and Country
Club in East Manatee County where she continues to help Sellers and Buyers
achieve their real estate goals. Patti has a knack for helping sellers prepare
their homes for sale with her keen sense of style and organization. Buyers rely
on Patti for her patience and knowledge of the marketplace. She has received
certifications as an Accredited Buyers Representative, a Resort and Second Property
Specialist and a Senior Real Estate Specialist. With her outgoing personality,
talent for problem solving, and professional dedication, Patti makes the
selling and buying experience easy by tending to all the details, foreseeing
issues that may arise and acting upon them to simply the process for her clients.
Patti loves volunteering on committees and has served on the Board of Directors
in her community. She is the founding member of a neighborhood book club and is
instrumental in creating “The Go-Go Girls,” a group of ladies who go on monthly
outings in the Manatee-Sarasota area. Patti is a “Foodie” and loves to try new
recipes, and restaurants. Patti’s passion for life and welcoming personality
has earned her many friends, especially her clients who are new to the area.
